"Had an HVAC issue in 2024 - hot day, thermostat not functioning. Went thru the typical DIY troubleshooting techniques to no avail. Talked to a friend who recommended Tony's Heating (said they wouldn't consider calling anyone else). Called Tony's and both Alex and Dana swung by my home after finishing up a prior job. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit board and within an hour had obtained a new one (free part, still under warranty) and the AC was up and running. All I paid for was a reasonably priced service call but that's not nearly the whole story. The real savings to me was knowing I wasn't being ripped off and having the number of an HVAC business that I could trust for future work. When confronted with HVAC, plumbing or car repair problems, trust in the contractor you're hiring is everything. Once you've met Alex or Dana, you'll soon discover, like I did, that this father and son are as honest and reasonably priced as they come. Call them."
